Can't connect to replication appliance with WinSCP

I'm trying to replace the default certificate with custom ones on my appliance, but I'm having issues connecting via WinSCP in order to copy the certificate files to the appliance.

I've confirmed that the "sshd" service is running, and that the following configuration is correct, as per https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/2112307

I can connect via Putty with no problems once the SSH service is running.

When trying to connect via WinSCP I get a "server unexpectedly closed network connection" error.

Any suggestions on what to check?

Thanks!

I tried Filezilla and it worked first go.

No idea why WinSCP wasn't working, as it worked fine when connecting to every other VMware product (PSC, vCenter, ESXi...etc).

Thanks again!
