I have implemented a client that attempts to manage VC 4 (beta) using VC 2.5 SDK. When I attempt to add a host to a farm using this client the following error is displayed in the VI client: Authenticity of the host's SSL certificate is not verified. When I use the VI client to add the host I see a similar message: Unable to verify the authenticity of the specified host. The SHA1 thunbprint of the certificage is: "lots of stuff here" Do you wish to proceed with the connecting anyway?
I can select yes and the host is added successfully. Is this a condition I should handle in my client or is it a problem with the beta?
