We are trying to develop an abstraction layer over VMware hypervisor, MS Hyper-V and Xen hypervisor. Could someone help me guide on how should we begin? We are trying to map inventory of VMware with MS Hyper-V but due to whole lot of change in terminology, it seems difficult. E.g. folders are present in VMware but not in Hyper-V.
