WaitForUpdates Performance

I wrote several applications that use the waitforupdates function to monitor certain events, but all of them use nearly 50% of my CPU irrespective of the filters I am creating. Is this normal ?

No its not normal. I've written a couple of apps that hang waiting for the next "page" of events and the cpu load on the client is nothing.

Im going to see if our SDK Dev Support team can take a look, right now we are swamped but might be able to sneak some time in.

I will PM you with more info.

Thanks
