Either your license has expired or you're using the free version of ESXi, which cannot be managed by RCLI unforunately.

The problem is that we bought this version of ESXi with a new HP server.
It is stored on an USB Key which is plugged inside the server.
So it should be not a free version of ESXi...
Am I wrong ?
In that case it shouldn't be the free version, and I would suspect something wrong with your license. Have you contacted HP about the issue?
