vSphere Web Services SDK 5 - Outdated Developer's Setup Guide?
I am trying to build stub dll from WSDL file like vSphere SDK 4/4.1 (using build2005.cmd, genvimstubs.cmd etc.).
http://www.vmware.com/support/developer/vc-sdk/index.html
http://pubs.vmware.com/vsphere-50/topic/com.vmware.ICbase/PDF/VS5_WSSDK_Developer_Setup_Guide.pdf
Page 9 - "Batch files and shell scripts (build.bat, build.sh; Build2005.cmd) that automate the build process for Java and C# client applications, respectively."
The above batch files are not available in the downloaded SDK.
Page 21 - Under "Setting Up for Microsoft C# Development"
Build2005.cmd - Not available in the downloaded SDK.
The directory structures, batch files and other methods are not compatible with SDK5.
The chapter 3 - "C# Development" part is confusing and not matching with actual V5 SDK.
Agreed - same here. Builded stubs for basically all previous versions and I am completely lost on 5. Anyone that generated stubs for 5 and likes to share that with us?

Looks like if that has not been improved on the vSphere5 SDK.
Found a hint over here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7504870/where-is-vmware-vsphere-sdk-c-sharp-samples-required-refe...
Not tested yet...

Works for me.

Thanks tos2k.
Can someone from VMware fix this (Developer's Setup Guide in SDK 5)? It would be really helpful for Developers. I am wondering how VMware missed this in SDK 5.
