How to turn on vmotion via api?

Could I enable vMotion on the ESXi via api?

Take a look at this script http://communities.vmware.com/docs/DOC-11775 which implements the vSphere API method to enable vMotion and other types of VMkernel traffic types

There is setSelectedVnic call in the net config of the host's vmotion info, but it does not seems to chnage anything on the host. Could user change selectedVnic via API call?
