I am trying to update perfinterval using UpdatePerfintervalRequestType and
UpdatePerfintervalResponse classes.
Can anyone please help for how to use above classes to update interval?

Are you doing this on ESX Server or VC?
If its ESX, its not supported.
I am using VC 2.5
