PowerChute Shutdown Server VMA 5.1

Anyone experience issues with the PowerChute Shudown Server (PCNS) install?  I'm able to get everything installed and can run the config, but constantly run into the following:

The folks @ Schnieder/Eaton/APC have been useless.  I can get things to work correctly when running the windows version of the app, but when i push it into the VMA appliance, I cant get it to talk

Have you configure the NMC IP?

I have no problem in the NMC and Powerchute communication.

But now I'm troubleshooting on the ESXi 5.1 host shutdown. The script i wrote was able to shutdown the VM but not the host.
