vSphere Hypervisor (the free one) Included Support?

Does anyone know what level of support to you get from VMware for the vSphere Hypervisor (free ESXi)?

I know you can purchase additinal support but i want to know what you get out of the box.

Out of the box you will only get self-service support, which is either the Knowledge Base or the VMware Community.
