To enable the vAPP functionality (and also Export/Import OVF template ) or to create a new vAPP, the DRS must be activated.
DRS requires Vcenter license and Vsphere Enterprise Plus edition.
If I use vCenter and ROBO vSphere ENTERPRISE license (not Enterprise plus which doesn't exist for ROBO), can I use and enable vAPP features (and OVF Template Export,/Import)?
Or is the ROBO license DRS maintenance mode not sufficient for the Vsphere vAPP license prerequisite?
