openSUSE 13.x on ESXi 5.5 via vsphere client

Hi there,

I'd like to create a VM for a openSUSE 13.x distribution.

Sadly I can't choose openSUSE

I chose:

  • Version of the virtual machine 8
  • Then I have to choose Guest-OS: Linux...

I cannot choose any openSUSE versions here.

What's the right choice here? "Any 2.6x Linux-System" or SUSE Linux Enterprise or what ?

Hi,

Selecting the generic one would work.

Any 2.6.x Linux system 64-bit or 32 bit based on the ISO you download.
