My End user was unexpected power failure, then all ESXi unexpected shutdown, when the power resume, the esxi started, but all VM guest auto power on, End user want to power on VM guest manually.
we have no setting of autostart VM.
So how can we prevent the VM auto start when esxi host unexcepcted shutdown by power failure.
