In ESXi 5.5 cluster I need to measure CPU and RAM performance but I'm able to show this data for single host but I'd like to measure at cluster level, can I make it?

Are you talking about CPU/Memory utilization information ? If yes, then there is an option to check at cluster level. You have performance tab where you can check the CPU and memory utilization at the cluster level.
