I installed NSX-T 3.0 on a fresh Vsphere 7 lab cluster some time ago and then got tied up without getting the time to learn much about either. Last night I fired the lab up again and found the Virtual Distributed Switches are replicated to the Vsphere hosts but their Distributed Port Groups are not. I seem to recall it working fine before I installed NSX-T but now I'm not so sure.
Can you think of any reason why they would not show up?
BTW, I created another VDS and VPG on it and ony the VDS shows up.
