VM automatic revert to lastest snapshot after shutsown/restart

Dear all,

I have a prolem with my virtual machine. Yesterday, I shutdown the virtual machine running windows 2012. After power on and logon to windows, VM was reverted to last snapshot 3 weeks ago. Please help me why this problem occur ? My VM is P2V.

Please check wether your VMDKs are configured to use "non-persistent" mode.
If you do not know how to do that - attach the vmware.log for that VM to your next reply.
