Subscribed Content Library not replicating all files

Scenario

vCenter 1 = Version 6.7 with vsan storage

vCenter 2 = Version 7.0 with ISCSI storage

vCenter 1 hosts a local content library with two OVF templates both compatible with 6.5+.

The storage type is shown as vsan

vCenter 2 has a content library which is subscribed to vCenter 1 content library.

The storage type is shown as VMFS.

The issue - The OVF templates are synchronized to the subscribed content library but only consume half the number of gigabytes as the original local content library.

When trying to deploy these OVF templates from the subscribed content library to the vCenter 2, I get an error relating to NVRAM files.

"Unexpected error: the following NVRAM files cannot be imported"

Can someone please explain how I can resolve this issue and to deploy these OVF templates into vCenter 2?

Thanks very much for you help
