I'm trying to redeem 10 PAC codes from HP to upgrade my vSphere 7 Standard licenses to vSphere 7 Enterprise Plus. On the PAC redemption wizard I can see my licenses but when I select them and click continue nothing happens. A warning appears showing this:
Expand Entitlement Accounts below to view your list of licenses. View KB 2032341 for information on the following issues:
1) No entitlements accounts or licenses are shown; 2) The "Avail Qty" for the license key is less than the "Total Qty"; 3) How to partially upgrade licenses in "Avail Qty".
Upgrading certain license keys that are part of a bundle could result in different Support and Subscription pricing at time of renewal and impact future bundle upgrades. For more information, view KB 2036848

But the referenced KB is for vCloud, not vSphere and there is no information of what to do when it says Available Qty: 0.
What can I do in order to redeem this code?
