Problem with video for "VMware vSphere Hypervisor – Install & Configure"

Hello,

In this page: https://my.vmware.com/group/vmware/evalcenter?lp=default&p=free-esxi5

when we click on the "Installation & configuration" tab, we have access to some videos for vSphere Hypervisor.

But at this moment, none of the video can be shown.  I have tried this in my home computer as well as my company computer and none works.

Someone working for VMware please check this issue.

Thanks

OK, I have just found what went "wrong".  Those videos are "optimized" for Internet Explorer! :smileyplain:  Yeah, I had tried on Firefox and Chrome, on XP Pro and Win7, nothing worked.  Then after reading your message, I thought "what if I try I.E.?"  ... and indeed, the videos are shown inside I.E.  I suddenly had a bad feeling like I was thrown back to the beginning of the 21st century! :smileyshocked:

Come on!  Who would still make website "optimized" only to I.E. nowadays? :smileyconfused:  I'm pretty sure they won't be displayed on my tablet either.

I have found these videos in YouTube:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xss_2Qx51fU

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=adrO7SXyjBE

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8lkMIqgfOj0

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZHUjDWpHJvU

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_MofPJsG9gQ

I think they are the same videos (but the quality is really bad ... 360p... oh geez!).  Anyone could confirm they are indeed the same as those in vmware.com?  Thx

PS: Oh, about "Help" section, I had found it at Help | United States but I didn't see any subsection telling me how to report issue on the website.

I confirmed the videos are working through my account on my PC - I would suggest checking the help section on VMware.com to see how you can report an issue with the web site.
