Which version of Acronis was used to create the backups?

VMware Converter only supports rather old versions.

from the Release Notes:

Acronis True Image Echo 9.1 and 9.5, and Acronis True Image Home 10 and 11 (.tib)

You may be better off, booting a VM from an Acronis recovery media, and restore the image this way.

Hello André,

Many thanks for your answer!

I use: Acronis True Image Echo Server with universal restore builds 8.076, (.tib). When use these backups file for convert VM machines where to destination it's "vmware player or workstation" works fine, but the problem it's when try to convert to infraestructure destination... Smiley Sad

Any way, I will try to convert as your proponsal (with universal restore).

Many Thanks! Smiley Happy
