Migration problem

Hello everyone, I am new to the topic of virtual machines and I am appearing a problem that I do not know how to solve it

I'm telling you I'm using VMware vSphere 6 Hypervisor and I have the following problems;

I am exporting a linux ubuntu 12.06 that is in citrix and when I export it in ovf format and I try to load it in the esxi it asks me to add a .vmdk file and the only one I see is a .vhd and when I export it by. There is a problem with an .xml but when I check inside .ov I do not see any .xml

Also try from the converter and when you load it when you turn it on you start blinking the led of Mayus and scrolling block and I played with the 3 types of controller on the disk and no achievement to turn it on without this happening

Has someone happened to you and been able to solve it or what other method can I do to get that citrix machine?

Thank you very much and I hope to help

A quick search of VMTN and I found this link:  VHD file to VMDK   It sounds like there are some free software options to convert the drive.

Let us know if that is helpful or not.
