Memory Problem usage in VM. Usage 97% of Guest Memory and blue crash windows

Hello VM community!

I have problem with the memory usage in one VM. Originally the phisical machine had 512Mb of RAM, but now in VM I give more RAM (up to 2Gb). The guest OS it's Windows XP

When I check the Guest RAM use, I see that only usage 200Mb. But In Hypervisor seems that has a 98% of usage. (The virtual machine call OPC_ODC_U21)

In the perfomance window, I see this history use....

In memory resources, the Guest memory it's greater than Host memory.... I think that this it's wrong

and I think this causes this bug in VM. (each day)

Please, VM comunity... Can you help me?

What can I do?

I read this article but I can't check the balloon driver (I don't know where is it)

It does look like some sort of memory leak give what you describe. The balloon driver is installed as part of VMware Tools - are those installed on this guest OS?

In the VM (Guest) are installed the vmware tools.

But I don't know how to check the balloon driver....

I try to reinstall the vmware tools many times but the problem continues....
