Managing Vspher Host logs and sending to syslog server

I'm reletivly new to Vsphere and implemented a small environement.  I need to collect certain logs, specifically any login or logoff as well as any failed login attempts by any means to the vpshere host.  I enabled syslog in vsphere but is there a way to set the logging to only send the desired logs to a syslog server?

I'm not sure the original solutions but if you set the log size and rotation to zero for particular log, it will not be polled to syslog. here example if you set rotate size and log size to zero, it will not be available in syslog.
