Integrating vCenter alerts into Remedy BMC ticketing tool

Hi Everybody,

I would you like integrate the vcenter hardware status information and alarms definition trigger into remedy for automatic ticket workflow. Please advise what are the steps to acheive this above requirements

It is vendor specific, contact Remedy BMC.

As far as my concern, i have configured with help of SNMP and the MIB files of vcenter server with site scope HP server,

setting in the vcenter server setting.
