ESXi PCI Passthrough Memory Overcommitnent issue

I was wondering if anyone could help me further interpret an issue I have on ESXi 6.5 I am using ESXi to power a virtual machine with a passthrough GPU for games.

I have been able to replicate an issue, whence after about 10-15 mins in any game, the monitor would blank out and be non-responsive. The host is still responsive via SSH and vSphere Web UI, but any attempts to interrogate the particular VM times out.

From the log, I have found what seems to be the likely culprit, but lack the means to fix it.
