These processors are not server-based, so they are not officially supported. But in the home laboratory used. ESXi runs and works.

Hello IT_pilot,

May I know which brand and model of mother broad you have tested with ESXI?

As per my information, IBM HP and Dell are having models with Skylake Processors.

To check the model specifications you would have to contact either one of the hardware vendor.

Third party configured server might not be supported.

Testing is done by the hardware vendors.
