Datastore not consumed

Hello,
On one of my ESX (6.7 Update 2), the datastores are in the "not consumed" state.
The LUNs are visible in the storage devices but it is impossible to bring up the datastores.
The connectivity is done via an HBA card.
I reinstalled the ESX but the problem is the same.
The datastores are visible to my two other hosts and are in production.
The command 'esxcfg-volume -l' does not return anything.
The command 'esxcli storage vmfs snapshot list' does not return anything either.
Thanks for your help

Hi,

You need to check the vmkernel.log file to understand why the datastores are not showing

Do a rescan on the host to trigger the issue in the logs

1- ssh the host the go to # cd var/run/log

2-Run #less vmkernel.log

3-check the errors showing and share it with me

Hope this helps

Hello,

Thanks for your advice.

When I rescan the host, I have no error on vmkernel.log :

Please provide a printscreen from the problem host and the working one. From storage side the presentation/mapping is done correctly? Please double check.
