Create hardware RAID with 2 nvme drives in Dell servers R630

Hi All,

This id for ESXi performanc testing

Im using R630 server and like to use RAID for 2 NVME disks.

We enabled R130 from server and it seems it is supporting for HDD/SSD not for NVME disks.

How to do this task ? Is this possible ?

Not possible with your old gear.

The 15Gen. comes with PERC H755 which supports NVMe for RAID.  For everything else you need Software RAID or something like SDS.
