Hi,
is there any document which will explain about virtual volumes? and in which environment we have to take advantage on it?
Thank you,
pkmr.
Hey,
good question...
it was one of the interesting concept from VMware and also called VVOL's.
I don't have any documentation but I can provide you KB find here "Understanding Virtual Volumes (VVols) in VMware vSphere 6.0 (2113013) | VMware KB "
as of my knowledge, if you are using hyper or all flash storage you may no need to use VVOL's
Thank you..
