Just about anytime I go to create a VM, my internal task gets stuck at 99% without a way to exit. I also noticed little issues such as general errors when I go to edit settings on any VM, as well as going to view my datastore.
This requires a reboot of the hypervisor, which works, but has just about been constant. I do not think I should need to reboot a hypervisor to create a new VM.
