I have a virtual machine with PREEMPT_RT kernel Debian operation system As soon as these virtual machines are running, the CPU usage of the virtual machine shown in vCenter will reach 100%. But from the inside of the virtual machine, the CPU usage is not high (10%). Is this a normal phenomenon? Is there a way to reduce or make the vCenter display the true CPU usage?
