VMware management Network

Hope this is the right location to post.  I have a ESXi 6.7 Host with a management network that periodically stops routing ut the default gateway.  systems on the same subnet are able to ping the host but not via the default gateway.  All will work fine for about 20 to 30 minutes, then it will just stop.

This doesn't sound like anything having to do with either the Host Client (where you posted this message) or ESXi in general (the product in use). This sounds like a general networking issue on your side, so check all the standard things like subnet, route tables, etc. If this is on unsupported hardware (using an officially unsupported NIC), that's also a possibility.
