Did an upgrade to my vsphere client, file name VMware-viclient-all-6.0.0-3016447.exe
Now I can't view Guest consoles, can't add new Guest OS's (option is greyed out), and I get an error when the Client program starts (see first image)
Here's the error when I try to view the Guest OS console. I can use Remote Desktop Connection to connect to the Guest OS (Windows Server 2012 R2)

Also upgraded the ESXi server host system to the U1 update using the VMware-VMvisor-Installer-6.0.0.update01-3029758.x86_64.iso
VMWare Tools seems to never finish installing for the Guest OS.
What can I do now?
Client is running on a Windows 7 Pro desktop with 24GB RAM.
ESXi server is a Dell Poweredge T110-2 server with 32GB RAM
