How to enable copy-paste by default

Is it possible to enable a copy-paste by default when everytime you create a new VM?

If I should apply one-by-one this to all the machines we have, this is a lot of work

My recommendation is instead of change the ESXi setting, make that setting in your templates, so all new virtual machines will have that setting enabled, and for your actual virtual machines you can use PowerCLI to enable that setting, see: PowerCLI: Enabling Copy & Paste through VM Console | Things Geeky MKII
