Disk expansion blocked

Hi people,

I'm having trouble expanding the disk on a vm.
I don't know what work has been done previously on it, on the vmdk, if it's already cloned, etc. but the option to resize is blocked.

I tried to expand with the vm off and update VMWare Tools, but no success.

Can you help me?

Does the VM have any snapshots?

yes - the snapshot is visible in the screenshot

If Snapshot is not needed delete the snapshot and  resize the disk.

delete the snapshot otherwise expansion is not possible - in no way
