Disk Size Greyed Out VMware vSphere

No able to change disk size, and while creating new vm on the tab "storage" writing RuntimeException

Is not snapshot, does not problem with certificates
And what the meaning is "|"

Not sure about this with a new VM. However, recent builds contained a GUI issue affecting virtual disks, which has been fixed with the latest patches.

A couple of things you can do here.

First would be to reboot vCenter server to get the GUI to show correctly.  Secondly, patch to the latest patch level for your version.

If they continue to be grayed out after that, check for a snapshot on the VM.  That will prevent changing disk size on VMs.
