Change ESXi 6.5 to http

Hello

I am trying to find a way to change ESXi to be able to be accessed via http rather than https.

In previous versions you would change the proxy.xml as dictated here: vSphere Documentation Center

but that file doesn't seem to exist in 6.5.

Please would someone tell me how to do this.
