How to implement TOC/Detail view using vSphere Web Client SDK?

I wanted to know how to implement the TOC/Detail view in vSphere Web Client. the layout pattern is mentioned in vSphere UX Standards - https://developercenter.vmware.com/web/standards/-/toc-detail-view.
