How to get behaviour like vCenter Orchastrator : Getting Global view with Getting started,Summary and manage tab.

Hi,

    I want to build the UI which will exactly work as vCenter Orchastrator. When I'll click on my plug-in icon on global view it must open tabs like : Getting Started,Summary and Manage.
