web-root tag, can we get rid of it in Orchestrator 8.x?

I really don't want everything tagged with web-root, why is it required?

web-root is an artificial category where all elements created without a proper category go.

In 8.1, there will be an option to create elements inside a given category, and in this case the newly created element will get the tag matching the specified category name, not the web-root.
