vRO - AD plugin - set User attributes - Password Never Expires and User Cannot Change the password

Hi,
Could someone suggest how can I set the AD:User object attributes to have the following two settings enabled?

Password Never Expires

User Cannot Change the Password

I'm guessing I'll be using the .setAttribute method, but I can't find anywhere a useful example/document that would help me do this.
