vRO 8.x UI Scripting Area

vRO 8.x UI needs a lot of improvements. The area for Scripting is unusable small if you have many inputs. In vRO 7.6 legacy Java client we have the option to open a Pop Up with the scripting area.

If we use an external editor, we lose some important features like autocomplete or the highlight of input variables.

Anyone else has notice this?

Definitely a pain point in HTML5 client. However, I had to use a 4K screen to fix that. Though I lost my portability.

The vscode extension is nice to quickly fix some Action. But, of course, you cannot test the changes from vscode.

I'm just pointing out some aspect of the with the hope that UI can be improve in following versions.

Agreed!

The Cloud Assembly side of things does let you click a single button to expand the code section of a Cloud Template to take up the entire page width. vRO should do that at a minimum and ideally also offer the ability to pop-out the code editor in a new window.
