vRO 8.2 to 8.4 upgrade issue

Hi,

I'm recently experiencing following a recent upgrade to 8.4, the upgrade completed successfully but I am getting this below.

kubectl -n prelude get pods
Unable to connect to the server: dial tcp: lookup vra-k8s.local: no such host

it may be helpful to know if this is an external vRO?  Standalone or clustered?

We had some issues upgrading to 8.4 in an external clustered environment where one node was dropped from the cluster after the upgrade completed, but this sounds like something different.
