I'm having issues with designing custom forms and assigning external values intermittently. For example, I have an action that defines field name constraints based on project. I was able to add the external value with no issue however there are times I can't even get the forms designed to find anything that is not OOTB. If I go into the naming constraints I cannot see the action assigned however it works fine. This issue seems to be intermittent but I can't find any trigger. Anyone have this issue, if so how did you resolve it?
