vRA 7.2 Request failed: <VM Name> not found, and possibly deleted before provisioning finished.

Hello All,

      We have vRa 7.2 with external vRO , the server builds are getting failed with below error. Could not able to find the exact cause for the failure.

       Any suggestions where to look for the exact issues or any one faced the issues, as of now the issue has been resolved by restarting the vCO appliance.

Look in the Events stream under Administration first, and then you can look in server.log in the vRO application to match up what has happened. It sounds like a deployment failed and extensibility tried to still run on it.

We had logged case with VMware for the same, it has been observed that default heap size was configured 2 GB and it was not sufficient. Increased it to 8 GB and monitoring.

Issue has not re occurred till after change.

vRO 7.2.0 version has some known issues and resolved in vRO 7.2.1. Please refer below KB article for more details.
