just installed 5.5 for the first time and the default vcentre library and webviews are missing.
in actual fact after clean install the only workflows present are the documentation ones
I have tried disabling webview and library restart reenabled and still missing
deleted the dar files from the plugins folder and re added still missing,
this is hosted on windows 2012
Check credentials in the plug-ins tab. Click on the reset plug-ins version on the troubleshooting tab and restart the service.

thanks that did the trick resetting from troubleshooting page.
ive never seen that issue before but this is the first time install on 2012.
Hi,
just walked into the same problem.
Does that happens after using an external LDAP or after using an external Database?
I guess this has been logged as a bug, right?
