In the log file I see following error :

>> 2013-10-11 12:24:08.070+0000 [http-bio-10.66.234.15-8281-exec-1] ERROR {} [MSPluginFactory] Unable to create initial LDAP Context

>> javax.naming.AuthenticationException: [LDAP: error code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSID-0C0903A9, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error, data 52e, v1db1

error code :49 with data 52e mean invalid credentials.

You could try to verify again the credentials.

Are you using shared session?

Could you provide also screenshot of the plugin configuration?

Thanks,

Ok. Looks like I did not have shared session checked and I also had one other config issue. Fixed them and now it's working.

thanks!
