I've created a workflow so users can request access to a server through group membership.
The workflow is working fine
In vrealize automation I've added the workflow as an advanced service catalog item
But I would like to trigger an approval if the server to which they ask access is a production server.
In my workflow I've build in a check to see what kind of server it is (dev, acc of prod)
It is just the approval that's not working. I tried to do it through vrealize automtation approval policy.
I've created a policy with condition "if description contains production"
In my workflow I've filled up description with the environment (dev, acc of production)
But when launching the request, it always goes on without asking for approval.
Any idea?
