ldap plugin for openLdap

Hi,

I would like to be able to manage some group/user in an open ldap with Orchestrator (the goal is to publish some XaaS services in vra).

Is anyone know some examples workflow or a plugin which can help me ?

Thanks for answers.

There is no direct way (no plugin for LDAP available), but you can use the SSH plugin to call out to regular command line LDAP client.

See some examples here (including the workflow package 😉 )

Pimp my vCenter Orchestrator Virtual Appliance

Hi

I have a "nullPointer Exception" when I'm trying to import the package.

I'm on vRealize orchestrator embedded with Vrealize automation 7

The null pointer exception is caused by a bug in vRO package import code which doesn't handle correctly elements that have empty version history records.

As a workaround, open the package file with some program that can open ZIP archives (Win-Zip, 7-zip, Win-RAR, etc.), navigate to 'elements' -> '4D80808080808080808080808080808086808080013141141566711a974a8fef8' folders, and delete the file 'version-history' (which has a size 0 bytes). Close the archiver program and try to import the package again; it should work this time.
