Please open your vCO Configuration. In the plug-in tab disable the VIX plug-in. Apply the setting, restart your server and test the workflow again.

Hi,

Please post your server.log file and a screenshot of the crash if it can help.

Here is what I get after I have to Ctrl+alt+Delete and end the VCO client. Trying to run this workflow lockes it up.

Also server.log attached.

Hello Christophe,

That worked but now my concern is that what if I may want to use the vix plug-in? Is it possible that I did not have the vix plugin configured correctly?

There is definitely something wrong with your VIX setup. Did it work before this issue ?

well, I installed both plug-ins just to see what they can do. I don't think I finished the vix confguration correctly. I will continue to play around with the VCD plugin and use the vix plugin later. Thank's for your help.

I would have replied to this thread sooner, but I've been tied up in meetings...

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Unable to load library 'vix': The specified module could not be found.

I've seen this numerous times... The VIX plug-in is actually a two step process to get it installed properly without breaking workflows. It sounds like you did 1 out of the two steps (installed the plug-in.) The other part is unzipping the VIX Libraries to your vCO server's local drive and adding the path to the libraries to the PATH environment variable. If this is not done, errors like what is pasted above occur and prevent workflows from executing properly.

Make sure to follow all the intructions in the manual coming with the VIX plug-in to install it properly.

Burk, I think that is my problem. I think I missed the second step you mention. I will go back and finish that step.

Now if there were a "VCO for dummies" book I would be all set. Smiley Wink
